Coffee School is owned and operated by Complete Hospitality Training (CHT) since 2020. CHT is a privately owned registered training organisation (RTO) whose primary purpose is to provide high quality, student centred vocational education courses in hospitality.
To promote and maintain academic quality, CHT has incorporated an Academic Governance Charter into its operations.
To advise the CHT senior executive on specific matters relating to quality education and training, the Charter incorporates a Quality and Excellence Committee to provide high level strategic advice together with input from a Course Review Committee and an Industry Advisory Committee.
The academic governance structure of RTO is supported by a Quality Assurance Management System that incorporates risk management policies and procedures. The monitoring of implementation of these policies and procedures forms part of the activities of the Quality and Excellence Committee.
Each Committee includes external experts to provide ideas, innovation and rigour to the academic operations of CHT. The Academic Governance Charter includes the terms of reference, membership and operational procedures for each Committee.
Complete Hospitality Training acknowledges our Melbourne campus is located on the ancestral lands of the Bunurong Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Eastern Kulin Nation. We pay our respect to their Elders past, present and emerging.
